Edtech & Pedagogy: Inaugural online conference offers practical CPD
SecEd's inaugural Edtech & Pedagogy online conference takes place next week, with a range of best practice advice, case studies and guidance on offer – including remote learning tips.
Taking place online from March 15 to 18 – 4pm to 6pm daily – the event brings together presentations from schools and technology experts.
Sessions are the event will focus on:
- Edtech teaching and learning approaches.
- Advice and tips for effective remote learning.
- What effective whole-school digital strategy looks like.
- The relationships between effective technology-use and good pedagogy.
- The role of evidence and research in whole-school planning and classroom deployment of ICT and what some of this emerging evidence is telling us.
- Remote education for SEND students.
- Best practice approaches to teacher support and CPD.
- Not just teaching: Technology-use for workload reduction, safeguarding, financial economies of scale, and broader governance issues.
Registration will give delegates access to the four-day live stream as well as recordings of the presentations that you can view on-demand for three months after the conference.
